What if my dog is out when you arrive?+
We text 30 minutes before and won't enter with a loose dog. We reschedule the same week — no charge, no drama.
Do I need to be home?+
Never. Just give us the gate code if there is one. We'll send a photo of the locked gate after every visit.
What do you do with the waste?+
Hauled away and disposed of at licensed facilities. Nothing goes in your bins.
Is it really the same price for 4 dogs?+
Yes. On weekly tiers (Club and up), same price for 1 to 4 dogs. Club Lite covers up to 2 dogs.
What's included in each membership tier?+
Lite: 1 visit per month. Club: 1 visit every other week. Gold: 1 visit per week plus monthly enzyme deodorizing. Platinum: 2 visits per week plus quarterly turf revitalize. Reserve: 3 visits per week plus dedicated tech, same-day re-cleans and a monthly report.

How does the gate photo work?+
After every visit, your tech snaps a photo of the locked gate and texts it to you. Proof of scoop, proof of gate closure.
Can I pause my membership?+
Anytime. Travel, houseguests, remodel — pause it and resume in one text.
Do you clean turf urine odor?+
Yes, that's exactly what Gold, Platinum, and Reserve are for. Enzyme-based deodorizing on your schedule, plus urine spot treatment on Reserve.
What if I'm just outside your service area?+
We serve nearby zips in Fountain Hills, Glendale, North Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert and east Mesa as an Extended Area: Gold, Platinum and Reserve memberships with a $30/mo travel fee. When 10 members join in your zip, it becomes part of our main area and the fee goes away.
Is there a contract?+
Your choice. Month-to-month: just your monthly rate, cancel anytime. 3 months: first visit free. 1 year: 1 month free, spread across your 12 payments - you pay a lower monthly rate all year. Plus your first visit free. Cancel before 12 months and you'll owe the discount received so far plus the cost of your free first visit. 1 year prepaid: 2 months free and your first visit free, in one payment. Cancel a 3-month commitment early and the free visit is billed at your plan's rate.
